Can I order samples first?
Sure, welcome sample orders. We offer free existing samples (shipping cost at buyer's own expense), or customized samples which will be charged and returned once bulk order exceeds MOQ.
Can you produce my designs and accept OEM & ODM orders?
Yes, we have our own design teams and a wide variety of samples for your selection. Any of your ideas, pictures, drawings, sketches, or illustrations are workable. We will transfer them into physical samples for you. Both OEM and ODM are welcome!
What is your MOQ?
Different styles have different MOQ requirements depending on the design, fiber composition, color, etc. We will provide all options in our response to match your needs with our smallest MOQ.
What is the lead time for samples and bulk production?
Generally, it is 5-7 days for samples using available stock, and 30-90 days for bulk production. Exact times are discussed and finalized based on your specific order information.
Can we change the composition, yarn count, or gauge of the samples?
Undoubtedly. Most of our samples listed are made of 100% wool, but you can request changes to any fibers like cashmere, cashmere blended, wool blended, or others. Pricing will be updated accordingly.
How are the samples and bulk shipments sent?
All samples are mailed out from our factory by FedEx, UPS, DHL or other express delivery methods. For bulk production, our standard port of departure is Shanghai, though this is negotiable if needed.
