Please provide all your requirements for the samples including fabric, zippers, sizing, and other details. After the sample charge is paid, the sample will be shipped within 7-15 days after confirmation. The sample charge will be refunded when you place the bulk order.
We send pre-production samples for your approval before mass production. Upon confirmation, production starts exactly following the approved sample. Our professional QC team conducts both in-line and final inspections, checking fabric, accessories, workmanship, and packaging. A final inspection report is provided, and customer-appointed QC inspections are also welcome.
For payment, we accept L/C, T/T, D/P, etc., allowing you to choose the most convenient method. For delivery, we accept FOB, CFR, CIF, and EXW terms.
