Our MOQ is 2 pcs for RTS products, 50 pcs for custom products. We accept customized logo, brand and package.
QCAN WE MAKE SAMPLE BASED ON ORIGINAL SAMPLE OR PICTURE?
Yes, we can make sample based on original sample, also we can make sample refer to picture or designed artwork.
QHOW TO BUY SAMPLE IN SHOWING ROOM?
For new clients, you need to pay for the sample. But the sample fee will return when you meet the MOQ in bulk order.
QIF THE PRODUCTS ISN'T CONSISTENT WITH DESCRIPTION IN WEBSITE, HOW TO SOLVE IT?
We always provide good after-sales service. If the products is defective or different with description, we will accept exchange or return.
QWHAT IS AVAILABLE COURIER SERVICE?
Small quantity will be shipped by UPS, Fedex, DHL, TNT, EMS. Big quantity will be shipped by sea or air.
