A: Yes. We can create prototype samples directly from your pictures, tech packs, or original reference garments, while advising on optimization strategies during development.
A: Submit a sample order request. Development begins upon payment processing, and finalized samples are shipped to you. Sample charges are fully refunded in your bulk order invoice if the production run exceeds 200 pcs per style/color.
A: If products are defective or fail to meet the approved sample quality, we unconditionally support exchange options or refunds, along with dedicated after-sales support.
A: Smaller packages (1-3 pcs samples) are delivered by express services (UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, EMS). Bulk shipments (50 pcs or above) can be delivered via air cargo or maritime shipping.
